Pasted sequences and opened FASTA files are processed in this browser. This site does not send their contents, filenames or calculated results to an application server. Sequence text is not added to URLs. The tool does not save sequence projects in local storage; closing or reloading the page clears the current input. A downloaded FASTA or SVG is saved by your browser to your device.

Website delivery

Cloudflare serves the site and necessarily receives ordinary connection information such as IP addresses, request paths and browser headers to deliver and protect the service. The site does not load advertising, third-party analytics or remote font services. Fonts and application scripts are served from this domain. Hosting security and access processing are distinct from sequence processing, which happens locally.

Following an external source link opens a different website with its own policies. Downloads remain on your device until you remove them. On a shared computer, clear the input and manage downloaded files according to your own data-handling needs.
